Inital Assessments

This initial session is an opportunity to begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you might need support with.

We will explore what has been feeling difficult, any relevant experiences or patterns, and what you might hope to gain from therapy. There is no expectation to have everything figured out—we will go at a pace that feels manageable.

This session also offers a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right fit for you.

Individual Therapy

A 50-minute therapeutic session focused on understanding what’s going on for you and supporting you to move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, combining reflection with practical strategies. This may include exploring patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviour and environment, and developing ways of engaging in your day-to-day life that feel more sustainable.

EMDR

EMDR supports the processing of traumatic or distressing experiences, helping to reduce their emotional intensity and impact over time.

Sessions are carefully paced and include preparation and stabilisation work where needed. You will not be expected to revisit anything before you feel ready.

Please note: EMDR sessions require access to a laptop or computer and a private, interruption-free space.

This reflects the additional work involved outside of sessions, such as:

• Liaising with employers or Access to Work

• Structuring sessions around funding

• Supporting you to make the most of the sessions available

• Each session is a 50-minute therapeutic hour, unless otherwise specified

• Sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
