Therapy Initial Assessment
This session can take up to 90 minutes. The session involves taking a detailed history, current difficulties, your hopes for therapy and designing your therapy plan.

Therapy Session
This is only available to those who have had an Initial Assessment.
Please note a therapeutic hour is 50 minutes. This is to ensure that we do not run out of time.

EMDR Therapy Session
