It can feel overwhelming at a time like this, and you don't know where to start. But that is where I come in.
Working with a therapist can help unpick things that are going on for you while validating your feelings and experiences. Then in the session, we can work towards breaking down those overwhelming feelings, building up your 'toolkit', and learning effective skills to support you now and going forward. Even though this may feel scary or too big to do, I will be there to support you throughout the process.
One of the benefits of remote therapy is that you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home or office without the added stress of travelling to appointments. This can be especially helpful if you have mobility issues, find getting to appointments overwhelming, or simply prefer the convenience of online sessions.
I draw on evidence-based practices like DBT and ACT to give you the skills to support this journey as you try to heal, create, and build the life you wish. As well as EMDR where appropriate to process past traumas and life events.

To no longer live within your negative thinking patterns and instead to create thinking and behaviour habits which create fulfilment in your life. Or to be the person you have needed for so long and love yourself unconditionally and without judgment. Remote therapy can make all of this possible.

Remote therapy allows you to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home or any other location that you prefer (as long as it is confidential) without the need to travel to a physical office. This can be especially beneficial for those who live in remote areas, find it difficult to travel to an office or have limited time to travel due to a busy diary.
Flexible scheduling:
Online therapy sessions can be scheduled to fit around your busy schedule. You can easily book a session through our website calendar booking system, and the appointment confirmation and link to join the session via Zoom will be sent to your email.
Secure and confidential:
I use a secure platform, Zoom, to conduct our online sessions, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of your therapy experience. We also follow all legal and ethical guidelines to protect your personal information. No financial details are kept, and instead, you pay securely online when you receive your invoice.
Accessible:
Remote therapy offers a wider range of options for those who may not have access to therapy in their local area or who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions due to physical, emotional or social challenges.
Cost-effective:
I offer package deals for those who are interested in purchasing multiple sessions in advance, which can provide a cost-saving compared to individual session purchases. More information can be found on the book now page.
I strive to provide a comfortable, safe and effective therapy experience, and I believe that remote therapy can be just as beneficial as in-person therapy.

It can be difficult to determine if therapy is right for you. However, if you are struggling with issues that are impacting your daily life, relationships, or overall well-being, it may be worth considering.
Occupational therapy can be beneficial for a range of conditions and concerns, such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and more. If you are unsure if occupational therapy is right for you, it may be helpful to discuss this further with a therapist.
All you need is an internet connection, access to Zoom and a private and comfortable space to meet. You may wish to bring a notebook to take notes of any points or comments made.
Before our sessions, I will send you questionnaires to fill out. Additionally, make sure that you have reliable internet access and a device that can be used for Zoom.

You will be sent an invoice prior to our session and can pay via PayPal or Swift.
At this time, I do not take insurance. However, if this changes, I will update my social media.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice but less than 48 hours, there will be a 50% charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a full charge for the session.
However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I may use discretion in certain situations. The first cancellation will be at no charge.
