As a neurodivergent therapist, I deeply understand the significance of creating a therapy space that honours and celebrates the unique experiences of neurodivergent individuals. I recognise the immense value in providing an environment that is not only empathetic and understanding but also affirming of the neurodivergent journey.


Neurodivergent individuals possess a beautifully diverse range of neurological traits and perspectives that shape their experiences and interactions with the world. Neurodivergence and Mental Health

  • Embracing Neurodiversity: The therapy acknowledges and values the diverse ways in which neurodivergent individuals perceive and experience the world. It fosters a sense of pride and acceptance, encouraging clients to embrace their neurodivergent identity as a valuable part of who they are.


  • Healing Trauma: Neurodivergent individuals may have experienced trauma related to their neurodivergence, such as bullying, social exclusion, or invalidation. Therapy provides a space to process these traumas, offering support, validation, and tools to heal emotional wounds and build resilience.


  • Navigating Neurotypical Expectations: The therapy acknowledges the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in a world designed for neurotypical norms.
