As an Occupational Therapist, I have spent my career focusing on what matters to the individual and identifying what's holding them back. I use a holistic approach that draws on my core profession and other modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing and Sensory Processing. This approach allows me to tailor my support to your unique needs and goals.
